And, though I recognize that there are disparate voices here, the fact that "Mister Scratch" seems to gather such support among the handful of regular posters here is, I think, significant.

I think the way the votes are pointing with Shades' change shows the true nature of the core posters on the board.

They respect both Jersey Girl and Scratch's right to post here, and don't want to lose input from either one of them in the main forum.

I was just taking a look at the poll numbers. I'm gratified to see the TRUE nature of the board.

The majority appreciates BOTH Jersey Girl and Scratch, and wants to see participation from BOTH of these posters continue.

Fairness appears to be the overall nature of the board. That's a refreshing thing to see.

Thanks, Shades, for adjusting the poll, and allowing the TRUE feelings of the core posters be heard.

In the past, we've split off into the Telestial Forum any comment that was sexual in nature or that cast aspersions on an individual's orientation.

Sexually-charged insults are a real low-blow (no pun intended). You could even say they're below-the-belt (no pun intended).

So, should you wish to give a standard response to Dr. Peterson in the future, could you please come up with something wittier? "_____ is a fag" is standard fare in junior high, for heaven's sake. Surely you can find something on a higher, non-sexual plane.
