Mo'calendar mogul Chad Hardy Speaks at ExMo Conference

Post by _collegeterrace »

... our church isn't true, but we have to keep up appearances so we don't get shunned by our friends and family, fired from our jobs, kicked out of our homes, ... Please don't tell on me. ~maklelan

I recommend that those who are defending this guy watch this. What a self-righteous, egotistical, name-dropping, opportunistic git.

Hahahahaah!!!! He claims he did this to 'open a dialogue'. Moron.
"Surely he knows that DCP, The Nehor, Lamanite, and other key apologists..." -Scratch clarifying my status in apologetics
"I admit it; I'm a petty, petty man." -Some Schmo

I watched this. Apparently this calendar creator is gay. Explains the calendar.

I then watched the opening remarks of a guy named Chad Smoot (sp?) who is the president of the EMF. He went on and on massaging and stroking the audience by telling them how courageous and smart they were to get out of the cult. He then got a bit teary eyed as his speech progressed. That's OK. He apparently felt strongly about his perceived experiences and "guilt trips" while in Mormonism. At the end of his talk he had some words of wisdom/advice that he shared with his audience.

He encouraged them to "go out and get drunk and be wild tonight".

Good stuff. Definitely not what a G.A. would recommend a conference attendee to do after and LDS conference session <g>.

By their fruits...

Regards,
MG
