Here it is Again:

Will You be ok with and respect the decision of the majority of Voters within the State of Arizona, Passing Proposition 102 within there, which will secure the traditional definition of Marriage, within the Arizona State Constitution???

I won't be ok with it, nor will I have much respect for it, but it will be what it is.

Well in my opinion, anyone that chooses to live in Arizona deserves what they get - but I personally will not "be OK" and "respect" the decision to discriminate against a group of people. Even in Arizona.

The People of the State of Arizona who are Voting, have their U.S. Constitutional Right to vote on how they want to on Proposition 102.

If the Majority of the People within the State of Arizona who are Voting, decide to Pass Proposition 102, Keeping and Preserving the Traditional definition of Marriage within there, than that is clearly and totally their U.S. Constitutional Tenth Amendment Right to do so.

Here is (Again) the Tenth Amendment, to the United States Constitution:

Amendment X

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

I agree with and respect the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.

Don't you agree with and respect the Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution?

As long as the true will of the people wins out, I'm fine with it. I just hate the fact that most of these propositions end up coming down to dollars and cents.

I'm surprised that the Church hasn't done more to promote this Arizona proposition. This is the first I have heard of it. Arizona is actually populated with quite a few Mormons. Does Church headquarters think that the Arizona Mormons are "less worthy" of this passing than the California Mormons? ;)

Hi There Liz,

I think that the Big and Main reason why the LDS Church is more focused on Proposition 8 within California, than they are on Proposition 102 in Arizona, is because Same Sex Marriage is already Legally recognize within California, while SSM is still Not Legally recognize within Arizona.

And This could also be another Big reason.

Proposition 8: Gay Marriage on California's Ballot:

From that News Article:

We believe it's a defining moment in American history," said Lou Engel of the evangelical group, The Call. "As California goes, so goes the whole nation. And in many ways, California is a leadership state for not just America but the whole world."

Like it or not, That is the Traditional view and definition of Marriage;

Like it or not, there are lots of gay married couples in California right now. A gay couple could get married right now, if they are inclined.
Your children haven't fallen off of a cliff yet - no one is teaching the details of homosexual sex in school, life goes on. This is about taking rights away from people, and butting into people's personal lives. I would be embarrassed to support such a proposition, personally.

one man and one woman.

Not in California.

Nearly all of the People throughout History have Traditionally viewed Marriage, as between a man and a Woman.

i Don'T know what That is supposed to mean (and i Second skip's nomination) but nearly all of the People throughout History have Traditionally viewed Women as property, as belonging to Her Husband.

great Point.

Gay Sex has been Legal in all of the 50 States, Since the Year of 2003.
