Excellent words, The Dude!

People have been making all those same accusations/predictions since the board was, oh, less than two weeks old.

They're nothing new. No matter how good the board gets in every way, people will still be prophesying doom and gloom. 'Tis all part of message board culture.
"Finally, for your rather strange idea that miracles are somehow linked to the amount of gay sexual gratification that is taking place would require that primitive Christianity was launched by gay sex, would it not?"

In all honesty, I am sort of stunned to see a post like this from Harmony, of all people. Where is her evidence? Or, is this just a personal demand? I agree with The Dude, Dr. Shades, and others, that the only truly lame posts/threads are precisely of this kind. If you don't like the threads, start a new one. Be proactive. Be creative. I see that Harmony's last thread was about face cards. Is this the direction in which she'd like to see the board heading?

The other key indicator that this thread is a wash is the heavy participation of Jersey Girl. (By "heavy," I'm mean that her posts consist of more than a few sentences.) No poster in the history of MDB has made more silly demands of the moderators and administrative team. Honestly: Jersey has demanded a threaded view, different blog configurations, different colors for the board (to quote Harmony "Good grief!"), that questions be answered by Keene, and on and on and on. With this many obsessive, incredibly bossy requests, one has to wonder why she doesn't just start her own board.

Two more have now dusted us off. Will anyone but me even notice who they are and when they left?

What other evidence is needed, Scratch?
(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.

OMG harmony. You really do spend much time on or thinking about this board.

There is this doorway on the front of the building which hold you in. Go towards it, pass through it to the natural analog world.

Spend some time outside, the weather is changing.

Yes, he has. It does bother some of us that anyone would edit our posts, not that they would be moved, but some folks see it as being tampered with. It really doesn't matter to me personally any longer.

I have, on extremely rare occasions, fixed blatant spelling errors.

I have also, quite often, fixed broken quotes and swear words.

I know you say it doesn't matter to you, but is this really a problem for other posters??
