Yep. That should tell you something about religious claims in general.

When did beastie's MormonMesoamerica website go up? That was this year, was it not? I would put that, and her debunking of the FARMS horse "evidence," near the top of my top ten list.

It's true of any claim outside religion as well.

LOL

No it isn't. Claims based on large bodies of evidence speak for themselves, and don't take much defending.

Here, let's try it:

Gravity affects other objects with mass.

Go ahead. Criticize that, and we'll see how much effort it takes from me to defend that claim against your criticism. For bonus points, let's see if you can do it without resorting to making a joke.

I seem to recall you rather vehemently demanding apologies yourself, LoaP. And, you do presume to be a practicing TBM, no? Perhaps *you* should pay more attention to, say, 1 Samuel 2:3, or 2 Nephi 23:11. Yes, yes---I know, you are just repeating the kind of behavior you learned on your mission. But, still.

Care to apologize?

Duly noted that I am not perfect, nor have I ever claimed to be. I would be interested, however, in seeing some of these "demands" I am said to have made. Could you provide an actual example? (and preferably one that is not tied up in my attempts to show your inconsistency by demanding apologies while offering none yourself?) I would be interested to analyze my past online behavior in that regard. I await your examples.

Sure, LoaP. I'll make you a deal: you provide an honest assessment of DCP's gossipmongering against Mike Quinn, and I will provide a link to the thread in which you demanded an apology from me.

Gravity doesn't exist. Nor do objects or mass. You live in a solipsistic experience, and none of this is.

Believe it or not, I am sympathetic to your views, The Nehor. After all, it took page upon page for you to defend yourself on the issue of why you petitioned to become a MADmod.

I see no reason to accept your deal so I don't accept it.

If you provide no examples I will safely assume for now that you have none as I suspected anyway. No skin off my back.

Lol. All righty then. Thank you for the good faith effort. Anyways, since I'm such a nice guy, I'll give you a hint: Mickey Mouse Ears. Ring any bells, old buddy?

Well, for us living here on Earth, where we have tons of measured results of the phenomenon of gravity (not to mention objects and mass), and are able to make precise predictions about it, it's easy to say you're nuts if you really believe that.

Look at that... didn't even take more than a sentence.

[Mod Scottie: Remember, attack the post, not the poster. You can't call LoaP "nuts".]
