It rings bells, of course. It involves your strange and obsessive attempts to track down information with which to ridicule or incriminate me. Still, even in that case, I seem to recall if any "demanding" an apology occurred it did so in an effort to direct you to your own demands for apology; not as something I would independently do. Such is the case, I suspect.

Telling someone they are "nuts" proves nothing philosophically, and in terms of solipsism. I am nuts only because your delusion insists such is the case.

A few other 2008 happenings:

Clean Flix exposed as porn front
Peter Danzig leaves church to avoid excommunication; church lies about this in official press release
Romney wins 89% of Utah vote
Ted Lyon talks about fake Chile baptisms (I think this was 2008)
Paul Toscano completely freaks out on some anti-feminist Mormon housewife at Sunstone ("You're oppressed! You are oppressed!")

None of this mitigates the basic fact that you did, in fact, demand an apology. Instead, you seem to be rather anxiously trying to avoid any culpability for your behavior. It reminds me of the time when you tried to back out of your "apologetic monolith" comments, claiming that I was "distorting" your words, when, in fact, it was you who were distorting me. But, don't worry: I forgive you for twisting what I said. I also forgive you for demanding rather angrily that I apologize to you.

As I initially stated, "Could you provide an actual example? (and preferably one that is not tied up in my attempts to show your inconsistency by demanding apologies while offering none yourself?) I would be interested to analyze my past online behavior in that regard. I await your examples."

Implicitly the bolded portion points out my being aware of requesting "apologies" from you in the past. (None, even then, were "angry," however, If I recall correctly.) Again, the reason for the bolded caveat as that many of my former posts were calculated to point out what I saw as inconsistencies in others by demonstrated the inconsistency myself. I hoped in doing so the other person would be self-reflective and recognize any flaws or hypocrisy, etc. Over time I realized this method was entirely ineffective. So as for you providing examples of which I wasn't already aware, (and I feel I am a pretty good judge of my own intentions much of the time) you have failed to do so and as a result, I can move on with things regardless of your extended forgiveness for imagined slights.

This is what Mormon apologetics has to come to:

Nothing is Absolute; Everything is Subjective. Therefore Mormonism can be True for some and not for others.
You can’t trust adults to tell you the truth.

In no way am I arguing in behalf of Mormonism in the above posts.

Interesting list.

I would be interested to see two lists. One focusing on the best things to happen for the LDS church and its apologists this year, and the other focusing on the worst things.

The only thing my example failed to fulfill was the "preferably" qualifier that you added in your parenthetical. The fact remains: you angrily and hysterically demanded an apology.

(None, even then, were "angry," however, If I recall correctly.)

You don't recall correctly.

Good for you for finally realizing this, LoaP. You know, this approach is known as "mirroring" and it was pioneered long ago by Wade Englund. So, I guess you have now earned the proud distinction of being a student of Wade's, and of following in his footsteps. Will you now take over the reins at the CSSAD?

Of course you're not. You are selective in the way you apply philosophical concepts, mainly because you are intellectually dishonest. If you weren't a hypocrite, you would apply the notion of intellectual solipsism to Mormonism as well. But, you don't / won't / can't. Whooosh! There goes your credibility.
