I have to agree there, Roger. When Runtu's daughter was recently subjected to a horrific ordeal by the hands of an intruder everyone poured out sympathy and relief that she was okay in the end, and rightly so.
But the above story for some reason seems to me to be particularly harrowing, and deserving of the most human sympathy. I couldn't bring myself to make light of it.
