Perhaps the Spirit has called Droopy to live Old Testament law. You never know!

Clearly it suggests that being homosexual is OK. And why would BYU want to send that message?

It's a lot harder to get married if you're poor or ugly. I'm poor, but I still don't feel the same attraction for ugly women that I do pretty ones. It's just not natural. Too bad says the church.

What the...? Your post is hysterical, Ajax. I could only write that if I was piss drunk or stoned, which happens to be very expensive in NYC. So you're saying that same sex attraction is like ugly girl attraction: it's just not natural. Attraction to ugly girls should not be demonstrated to the public in any way, and should be repressed both now and in eternity. Too bad says the church. You most likely weren't born that way; no, somehow you made the choice to be attracted to ugly girls, you evil sinner. Just get over it.

He's under the influence... of the Spirit. Maybe the same one that inspired the famous Salt Sermon.

Or King Follett?
(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.

Wondering if Droopy plans to inflict biblical justice upon the Gay community any time soon...

Good grief. I thought he was referring to something in the D&C or the Book of Mormon. I wonder if he knows that everything in the Bible is suspect, since it's not translated correctly?

Yeah well, actually this abomination stuff is all throughout the Book of Mormon, as well as other of our scriptures, and nearly two hundred years of the writings of the Prophets of the Church are loaded with it. Its all very, well, uh...official...

Yes, according to Church doctrine, homosexuality, along with other serious sexual sins, and certain other serious sins qua serious sins, is an abomination to the Lord.

And so is, I might add, in my opinion, liberalism, that philosophy (better known as Korihorism) that supports, justifies, excuses, and finally celebrates abomination, claiming good is evil, and evil is good.

Keep lying, prevaricating, and playing the standard head games folks. You can't fool me, bc, DCP, Wade, and some others here, but you can fool somebody, so keep your shoulder to the wheel.

If only BYU had chosen to put some clothing on Rodin's The Kiss and The Thinker, none of this censoring talk would have ever happened!

Shouldn't there be a well emphasized Don't Ask, Don't Tell policy for Gay students and faculty at BYU? That way BYU would cease being such as object of media attention because they wouldn't have to overreact. Maybe they could write something in the BYU Honor Code about no Gay looking artwork, Gay sounding science or Gay types of writings allowed. That would help cover them when they did take action.
