I'm sure some on the list were already "informed," but they still got the letter. Such a letter, under the signatures of the FP, is often the final official word -- the Gen'l YW presidency should have been on it, regardless of what they already knew.
That's it. I'm guessing the YW's Presidency has known about and discussed this for months. WHY would they get sent the memo? To make sure their feelings aren't hurt? To kill trees? I don't get it.
3 or 4 extra copies would hardly be "kllling trees." Face it, you don't have a good reason to explain away this obvious snub.
