If Runtu owns firearms and hasn't taught basic marksmanship and firearms safety to everyone else in the house I'd consider it negligent of him. If you own firearms, make sure your family members know the Four Rules of safe firearms handling, how to load and operate what firearms you have, and take them to the range a few times to familiarize them with them and teach them how to aim and fire.

Then again, it's probably a good thing that his daughter didn't have ready access to a gun, because I'm willing to bet as much as having an intruder break into the home scared her, if she'd have shot and killed them instead it would have led to a lot of therapy.

Is that a high school course now?

If it were up to me it would be a high school requirement. It's a good show of civic duty if nothing else.

The OP wasn't spam, and the entire thread didn't have any spam at all up until the point you first posted. It's even worse in the Piracy thread where you posted a lame one-liner. Seriously, if you want to spam do it where there isn't an actual discussion or debate happening.
