In that case, you're left with only 3 choices that I can think of.

1. Withdraw and let them go on for pages disparaging or mocking you.
2. Continue to engage while ignoring such things, reinforcing to them that it's okay to deal with folks like that.
3. Engage in confrontation which will result in your eventual banning.

I say none of that is worth anyone's time for very long. None of these boards are that important.

There was an exchange with Mr. Peterson where the MDB cabal jumped in and started accusing me of being disrespectful because I wasn't using the term "Dr.".

Shortly after that I was banned.

Like I said before:

Mormonism is a personal ideology. It's not external. It's internal. When you attack Mormonism you attack the person. That's why everything ends up being personal/ad hom. That's why Mormon apologia devolves into personal insults. That's why every thread Mr. Peterson participates in becomes about Mr. Peterson because Mormonism is about that person, that personal idea that God and Man are essentiall the same, just on different timeframes. And when you disparage God you are disparaging the man. Because it's all the same to them.

They can't argue from an objective point of view because Mormonism isn't objective. It's highly subjective. That's the bottom line with Mormonism. It's highly fluid and confroms to the Believer's point of view.

FAIR/MAD have never made a secret of their unmitigated, contemptable bias and favouritism. And that's something I've actually admired about them. If you post as a critic, don't be shocked if you get banned.
