Lots and lots and lots of Mormons. Hadn't you heard?
We all know very well this State is no different than rest of USA.
Yes it is. It is has lots and lots of Mormons. When I lived in Utah everyone in my whole neighborhood was Mormon. Everyone in my grandparent's neighborhoods was also. One can almost gamble that a random person you meet in the street of most towns would be Mormon. It's Mormons, Mormons, and more Mormons.
Would I blame them?
Well, there is this notion of "hypocrisy".
They do it because they might be more desperate for visual stuff.
Why is that? What is different about Utah that makes its residents desperate for "visual stuff" (nice euphemism)
Tarski, Don't you think it is about time to acknowledge for exmo's that most Mormons no longer put themselves on high pedestal? The ignorance and boasting comes from a small hard-core Ostriches and Hierarchy. Most Mormons get the hard facts of life.

Solo, were talking about Utah Mormons. Your description has nothing to do with the arrogant self righteous jackassery that is the Utah Mormon.

Don't leave out eastern Idaho.
I think it would be morally right to lie about your religion to edit the article favorably. bcspace
Although the MADites will fight tooth and nail to deny that ANY Mormon is a self righteous prick, I have seen it time and time again in Happy Valley. My ex actually told me once that my son was not allowed to play with the non-Member family down the street. Her reasoning: "I don't know what goes on in that house!" As opposed to the members families where you don't know what goes on in that house??
I worked with a lady recently who had a 13 year old son. They lived in a Happy Valley neighborhood and she said she was shocked at how he was treated at school. Damned near everyone ostracised him because he wasn't Mormon. There were a few kids that befriended him, but by and large he was shunned.
Although, I'm not sure why it is hypocritical for a Mormon to be a weak man of the flesh?? Aren't we all? Don't we all sin? Being a weak man and sinning is not being hypocritical. Now, if that man is looking at porn and judging his neighbor for looking at porn, THAT is hypocritical, but I'm not sure we can know either of those.
If there's one thing I've learned from this board, it's that consensual sex with multiple partners is okay unless God commands it. - Abman
I find this place to be hostile toward all brands of stupidity. That's why I like it. - Some Schmo

This is really a cultural issue. The data provided by google is somewhat circumstantial but still betrays the continued assertion by Mormons/Mormonism/Mormon leadership that living the Mormon way removes certain things from the participants behavior.
The searches used indicate how a 14 year old Mormon kid would search for porn. Lets not rule out taht it is the youth doing most of the searches. I have nothing to back this up, as Google does not track the age of the searcher.
Furthermore, the cultural issue of hypocrisy is evident in the results. If the Mormons are truly "MORE GOOD" then by their own definition they fail miserably, but those outside of the church and especially those that have left know this already.
