The replica of the Gold Plates is probably the same one we used, though. And the writing on it certainly isn't Arabic. If I remember correctly, it was based on the Anthon Transcript.
That is why I asked you for literature. I can't clearly remember everything.

Boy, I don't think so. Maybe a different replica. In fact, my girlfriend and I had just the night before checked out the Anthon transcript and we both were surprised that it wasn't that at all.
But, really, I could be in total denial here. Who knows, anymore? What was funny was that the missionaries didn't have a clue, either. But, I think I specifically, while looking at the plates, asked them why they hadn't used the Anthon script. It wasn't anything I had seen before, which doesn't mean much really, but...
