We do not. Of course, both of the buildings with which I'm connected are extremely new.

I had nothing to do with the design or decoration of either of the buildings with which I have my primary Church ties. But I also don't care about this alleged issue, and I've never heard of the decree to which you refer.
To answer your question, though, I am a believing Latter-day Saint, and I do try to stay in harmony with the leaders of my church.
