Pretty good start to the season.

I feel sorry for the oldest daughter - she hates the whole polygamy thing; doesn't want a new wife; wants to go to school as far away as possible. Poor thing.

Nicky on the roof was awesome.

The dark and loathsome discussion was pretty funny.

Best of all, did anybody notice one of the names on the row of mailboxes at the end there, where Nicky's mom was turning into? Bednar.

I did! That's why so many HBO shows are great, the seasons are shorter/production is slower allowing them to focus on details far better than on regular shows.

Thanks for posting such a good summary. "Big Love" has fallen out of the cinepro TIVO rotation, so I'll just have to find out what's going on from this thread.

I had to back up to see that again, just to make sure. Hilarious.

It was surprising to see Bill's romp with Ana, with no apparent paroxysms of guilt over committing the sin next to murder. Ana is supposed to be German, isn't she? (She's a Serbian actor, and I believe the Lamanite wife is an Israeli star.)

Not sure...but I did see Chip Esten as one of the lawyers at Nicki's work. He's perhaps best known for his appearances on the sketch comedy show Whose Line Is It Anyway?

Great episode. At the end of last season, I was thinking it was getting unbelievable and out there. And then, in the mean time, real life co-habs became even more out there than the show. So go figure.

I think the portrayal of all mainline LDS as benign busybodies is quite hilarious.

Finally Saw it last night.. good stuff and quite funny!

I am sure those tbms that would argue wards don't do maps showing active inactive may be correct but they know none the less who is and is not active.

No, I think it is pretty spot on.
