Frankly, I would LOVE to see Scratch relate a personal incident to further back up a point. He is kind of a "mystery man" in our little group here

So would I. However, given what appears to me to be an insistence on following the footsteps of Jesus, I'm doubting that he will.

If anyone around here was still wondering whether this Gadianton-Scratch interaction is some kind of extended joke, please file this one under proof positive.

Well I have to say that I have been gone from these boards for quite a while and I have not given Scratch much thought. In fact, I forgot all about him. But now that I am here again, I have to say that I probably missed him. In fact, I have to say that I have missed the personalities on this board and it is good to see the old timers still here.

In my new journey on a catholic board defending Mormonism I have come to know many interesting posters. But I have to say that in all my encounters with posters on the boards in general, Scratch is the most interesting. And I for one, am glad that he is still around and breathing. And so, I bow and take off my hat to Scratch, the most interesting poster personality that I have encountered on the boards.
I intend to lay a foundation that will revolutionize the whole world.

This whole line of thought that Gad is advancing is based on the idea that Scratch has anything to brag about at all......an unproved assumption so far.

Is an unproved assumption kind of like a free gift?
Lou Midgley 08/20/2020: "...meat wad," and "cockroach" are pithy descriptions of human beings used by gemli? They were not fashioned by Professor Peterson.

LM 11/23/2018: one can explain away the soul of human beings...as...a Meat Unit, to use Professor Peterson's clever derogatory description of gemli's ideology.

Praise to the man who communed with informants,
Gad extols that critic and smearer
Cursed to operate on the fringes,
FARMS shall ignore him and simpletons revere.
Hail to the Scratch, hidden in secrecy.
Danites and assassins now search for him in vain.
Mingling with spies he can plan his attacks,
Paranoia will never leave our hero again.
