Ah, fortunately, for me, I had a lot of it saved in writing so I could go back and look it over and figure it out.

I lost time and got confused and I knew something had happened and I didn't know what. I went back over and over again attempting to sort it out. There's a problem and I had to figure out what it was. I asked this question and that question. I thought I had it and then that wasn't it. I thought this was it and then that wasn't it. I felt I had it finally and then that fell through. Yet, it was all there and I had to figure out what it was.

Have you ever had a puzzle and you scatter the pieces all over the place? They're all there and then when you look closely at them you see how they fit together? That's what I did.

I kept asking questions, sometimes the wrong ones. Then when I recognized something that should be pieced together I saw how it fit with another piece of the puzzle. I was so certain there was something! Sometimes I asked things and I thought there was no purpose to it. Sometimes I thought it was just senselessness, yet, somehow or another it seemed to come together. I wonder why that is.

I got that, but you are speaking in a way that is confusing me.

It would seem more like when one person there are a set of memories and when another person a different set of memories but one of the persons remembers remembering different memories. And then the confusion of contradictory belief systems can be fun and then best left not thought about as can lead to chronic anxiety which can be more fun. Although that would be more the coming out of DID rather than actually in it.

One would not necesarily want to peice the parts of the past together and would prefer to live in ignorance.

S'ok though, I is getting help. :P
