That is still one of my favorite songs. Don't get me started on Lifehouse videos. Did you see their unplugged performances on VH1? I have it recorded on DVR and can't get enough of it.
Oh my gosh I am crying... wow this really hit me.

"krose" Personally, I don't like the message so much. It would be much better for the girl to finally stand up and defeat the negative aspects in her life herself. That would be an empowering message.
She did have to defeat her inner demons herself. There was a clip where Christ was not helping her and she was fighting her way through overcoming them. (that's how I saw it) Christ was there for her once she had made that choice to leave her sins behind and follow Him. It was by choosing Christ over her temptations (living the gospel) that was she truly set free.
Perhaps it's because I don't believe in demons that cause people to be self destructive, or in angels that protect them. Certainly we should seek help from family and trustworthy friends, but we need to be strong in ourselves to overcome difficulties.
That's one way at looking at the clip but I didn't see it that way.
The demons were representing her own distractions from Christ and weaknesses in her life (her inner demons) and not literal. (in my opinion) I didn't see Christ or an angel as protecting her from evil demons (even though it was played out that way) but it was her decision to turn her life over to Him and live the gospel that protected her.
