I'm not a fan of either book myself, so wouldn't recommend them to anyone, least of all marg, who doesn't even read.

Where have I ever said I didn't read Ray. Please quote. While I'm not an avid reader, especially fiction I do read nonfiction. Have you read Vanicks' book yet, I notice you added your opinion once again to the Spalding thread.

You think you read but obviously you are unable to comprehend very well, case in point your inability to see through the logical holes in Lommel's study.

And it obviously took you a long time to figure out the Book of Mormon wasn't historical.

Please stop posting your repetitious devoid of critical thinking comments in the Spalding thread. How many friggin times do you have to say you don't buy into the spalding theory. Over and over again you post the same friggin ignorant garbage, devoid of substance, devoid of critical thinking. It is very selfish and inconsiderate of others.

At least discuss an actual issue, something you read as a for instance.

How many books on Mormonism have you read? How many apologetic books have you read?

I'll be waiting for your answer.

I am reading Vanick's book, as I told Art I would do.

How many apologetic books have you read?.

Have you read any books or lengthy articles by Lester Bush, Matt Roper, Jerald Tanner, Brent Metcalfe, or Dan Vogel? Have you read Lester Bush's or Matt Roper's rebuttals of Spalding?

Or do you just read what you want to confirm your awful biases?

I'll be waiting for your answer.

How many books on NDEs have you read? Please list them.

That's because, unlike you, I actually read and weigh opposing opinions. That's because, unlike you, I read both pro and con opinions. That's because, unlike you, I'm not a one-pony-show.

Whooooooa! You don't want me to express my opinion on the Spalding thread? If that's your logic you should never again express your opinion on any Mormon-related boards (because you've never read a book on Mormonism), nor ever again express your opinion about the Book of Mormon, because you've never read it.

One more thing this confirms - your dictatorial tendencies, and your awful bias. Now that we know who was moderating the Spalding thread, we should shudder to think that she may have continued to wield any authority on that thread.

In light of what you just wrote, having the nerve to ask me NOT to post on the Spalding thread anymore, especially considering your overall general ignorance of Mormonism, I consder you to be absolutely pathetic.

Here's my challenge to marg: List all of the books you have read on Mormonism.

1)..........

(I'm being ambitious)

marg, be honest: Have you read Who Really Wrote the Book of Mormon? cover to cover? (and have you read ALL of the footnotes, as I'm doing?)

This should be a thriller.

At the risk of being accused of sexual harrassment, is there any chance in hell that you could shut the “F” up with these totally useless remarks ad nauseum?

Another Spalding acolyte. Just remember, Jersey was the one who wanted marg to moderate the Spalding thread. Why? Because, you see, Jersey and marg are two peas in the Spalding pod.

So let's put jersey to the test:

Jersey, did you read Who Really Wrote The Book of Mormon?, cover to cover, including ALL the footnotes??

My educated guess is: NO!

Now swear on your Bible that you will tell the truth, Jersey!

You are the one who hasn't read WRWTBOM.., yes I've read it, and various section numerous times, and I've been reading it again by the way half way through.

Fawn Brodie' s NMKMH

I've read bits various chap of Vogel's Joseph Smith..Making of prophet.

Bits of the Book of Mormon, have Early Mormonism and the Magic World View, but only read a little bit, lost interest.

Lots of what I've read have been off the Net. I have a laundry basket filled with print outs off the Net...you want those too?

Now Ray what have you read on critical thinking. Please list those for me.

How about put yourself to a test and shut the “F” up?

So once again, please note. This is the genius behind calling marg to moderate the Spalding thread, and what does she have to say?

Dictators. Don't challenge Spalding - Shut up!!
