I think he was under the impression that you were rebaptized into the Mormon Church after excommunication. That's my guess, at any rate.
It looks like you cleared this up. You were baptized into the Mormon Church only once. Your final baptism was to the Church you are currently a member of.
Your comments here have been very interesting to read, Latayne. Thanks for sharing. It's a shame the folks at MADB don't care to make the effort to understand a person on his or her own terms before pouring on the venom.

We don't call it MAD for nothin'.. !
(Nevo, Jan 23) And the Melchizedek Priesthood may not have been restored until the summer of 1830, several months after the organization of the Church.

Might be because Dr. Peterson posted his "Basta" at 9:49am on March 14, and you last posted on March 14th, 2009 at 12:26 pm, until you resumed posting today (March 23).
So, between March 14 and 23, as the length of your absence increased, it could be logically assumed that your leave was taken in some relation to Dr. Peterson's post. But that was obviously a mistaken assumption on the part of whoever made it.
I have always suspected that The Nehor is a sockpuppet for DCP.
I knew that the education issue would be one of the first things FARMS etc. would bring up.
No offense, but having read Dr. Peterson's statement, I believe his point (which was extremely valid in my mind) was simply that a person's educational background is only worth attacking when one presents oneself as something that one is not.
There's nothing to be ashamed of for having attended a divinity school. It's no doubt the best educational fit for many individuals.
However, just to clarify, some people associated with universities take issue with graduates from non-accredited divinity school programs who refer to themselves as "Doctors" holding a "PhD."
Hope that helps.
Hi, there, Dave. Good to see you around.
I wonder, though: Do you feel the same way about Tvedtnes claiming that he authored "over 300 articles" in a context that is clearly meant to lead the reader to believe that he's talking about academic articles? When, in fact, a good chunk of those "articles" consist of things like SHIELDS spoofs, and scripture quizzes?

Am I the only one?
Nope, I've always suspected that I'm one of his many personalities but I don't look like him so I'd be more astral avatar then sockpuppet.
