It's coming down like confetti on New Years Eve. We're still at Level 1: The Broom stage however, rapidly working our way to Level 2: Snow Shovel.

Yellow dog is inside. This is a good thing.

Okay, scratch the broom comment. I had just finished posting that brief post, looked out the window and the snow that I just swept has been replaced by a new layer of about the same depth.

We have officially reached Level 2: Snow Shovel.

Did I mention that I'm home alone right now and reporting in amidst the mellowing sound of snoring dogs?

Soccer season here starts the week of April 14th. I've got some new girls and tough competition. I don't think I'll be able to get in the six or eight practices I think is minimum to prepare for the season because of the weather.
