American Idol - Go Big or Go Home

Alright American Idol friends (and enemies). If you're following the show, now's your chance to show your prowess at judging talent (and reading the minds of 30 million people who actually call in). Put the following people in the order you expect them to get voted off (with the first person listed being the first person you expect to get voted off). Each person you get correct gives you points equal to the week they are voted off (i.e. if you guess that Danny will be voted off with 5 weeks left, that gives you 5 points).

We have a similar thing going at work, with money on the line.
I predicted Megan would be voted off last week (but almost went with Michael) and she didn't even land in the bottom 3.

Cinepro, even if Adam gets voted off early such as you suggest and I do think that will happen, I also think the judges will make sure he makes it to the final 2.

Out of the six people who are participating in a prediction for the winner at my work (not many American Idol viewers at my job) , half went with Adam and the other half with Danny. I would have placed Matt higher up, but since he was in the bottom two last week, it looks like America doesn't like him as much as I do.

Danny & Kris were my favorites to win until Adam sang "Tracks of my Tears."

I didn't know that..obiously, but I won't change my list. If money was involved I might.

I would like to see Danny, Kris, Scott, and Adam as the final four. Their voices are all unique and they each bring something different to the table. Scott is like a young Billy Joel. The song he sang tonight was absolutely perfect for him. I wasn't really that thrilled with Adam's song tonight, but he had fun, he has "star quality", and he has an amazing tenor voice. I thought Kris did an amazing job of arranging that final song tonight. He is an all-around talented musician, and definitely has a career as a singer/songwriter. Danny just has soul to his voice, and brings emotion to every performance.

Based on pure talent, Megan should go home. Her song, as Simon said, was "an utter mess".

Anoop has a good voice, but his song choice was poor.

Lil is the only female with a solid voice. Her vocal quality is a cross between Jennifer Hudson and Whitney Houston. She needs to work on control a bit, though.

Allison has potential, but also needs to work on song choice.

Matt's song was also weak. He has a nice voice, but not as strong as the others.

See what happens when you ask a voice teacher/vocal coach's opinion? LOL

I would love to see a battle between Scott and Adam for the final 2. I can't really decide who I would like to see win between those two.

I'm torn between Kris and Adam again. Last night when Kris sang "ain't no sunshine", he became my favorite to win again. He's the kind of artist that is popular right now and every week is consistently making these songs his own. He sings from his heart and really makes a connection.
But Adam is an amazing entertainer and I find myself looking forward to what he's going to sing more than anybody else.

Scott-OMG, that hair. Trying to make him look like Billy Joel.
American Idol needs better stylists.
His performance was much better than weeks past so I think it might keep him in it a little longer than I had predicted.

I think either Megan or Anoop will go home. Probably Anoop.

Matt really blew it with that song. It didn't even sound like him. He could have done so many other hit songs that fit his style. (like One Republic "Apologize")

Lil looked twice her age. Terrible song choice (and makeup) and she shouted most of it.

Allison started out really good, but went too hard and shouted the chorus. I would like to hear her do a softer love ballad so we can really hear those beautiful vocals. Her hair was a huge distraction.

Danny was good and I love his voice but I wasn't blown away by the song choice. He didn't really make it his own.
