We don't need tort reform for this. Any suit GoodK would bring under the circumstances of this Board would expose him and his lawyer to sanctions. In California, they would be anti-SLAPP sanctions and fees. I don't know what they are in Utah, but they could be Rule 11 filing sanctions. And then there is the mandatory deposition of Mr. Goodk where he gets to explain his past doings.

OK, I'll bite; who are your attorneys in both cases? Everybody knows your name. They know your claims. It is easy to claim you have an attorney.

There's no purpose in keeping the identities of your attorneys secret. Tell us so that we can measure the verity of your threats.

Incidentally, for any on-lookers:
I also want to make sure DCP knows that should he chose to continue antagonizing me with spurious slanderous nonsense, he will find his cell phone number, home address, home phone number and all the other personal information I have obtained from my step-dad posted on the Mormon Gulag message board.
Why there?
Well, to be frank, I have a much more loyal following there. Sure, I consider many participants here friends but the crowd at the Mormon Gulag website are much more inclined to say, oh I don't know, go pay Mr. Peterson a visit should it come to that.

So, not only do you CLAIM to have a lawyer and that you're considering a lawsuit. You now publicly make threats against the person and property of the person you're suing....classy and in no way legally stupid. Libel is something I take seriously, but even more so, I take the personal disrespect from both of these Christians as a slap in the face.
