Well, I hire UCLA Ph.Ds in medicine and psychiatry, and they know I'm a Mormon, and even those who are atheists respect those who practice their religion. Many of them in clinical counseling urge their patients to use their religion as a basis to find solace and help.

They don't know what you really believe? They know about Christianity but not the real history of the LDS church. They would need to read the history - look at the facts for themselves - then ask you if you believe these things to be true.

Are you kidding? Many do. Gold plates, angels, polygamy, most of it.

I don't consider the Joseph Smith story any more outrageous than the story that a convicted criminal, executed for a capital crime, rose from the dead and became a God. Joseph Smith wasn't a convicted criminal. He didn't rise form the dead. He didn't become God.

Most therapists I hire and know see religion as a way to help people. I rarely hear of therapists telling people that religion is the source of their ills. It happens.

Putting this here in the hopes that you run across it and since you're the only one who has the capacity to get your board under control.

First: The OP in this thread describes GoodK's plan to defame a staff member of the Utah Boys Ranch/ Westridge.

Second: GoodK now wishes to bring suit against DCP for defaming GoodK. Hopefully you will appreciate the irony in that.

Third: Daniel's post was a test pure and simple. I recognized it as such when he posted it. It illicited a series of predictable responses which is why he posted it.

Fourth: Setting aside the laughable irony of 1&2, I'd like you to carefully read the portion of GoodK's post that I underline which I fail to find laughable in any form or fashion.

I have great news!

I heard back from the attorney I contacted last week regarding Daniel C. Peterson's nasty, libelous comments made on this website about me. The lawyer has expressed interest in pursuing my defamation claim, and I will post any and all updates in this thread.

I also want to make sure DCP knows that should he chose to continue antagonizing me with spurious slanderous nonsense, he will find his cell phone number, home address, home phone number and all the other personal information I have obtained from my step-dad posted on the Mormon Gulag message board.
Why there?
Well, to be frank, I have a much more loyal following there. Sure, I consider many participants here friends but the crowd at the Mormon Gulag website are much more inclined to say, oh I don't know, go pay Mr. Peterson a visit should it come to that.

DCP wanted a war, here it is.
