Maybe double00personality can start another theory.

Indeed. And that one would be far more interesting.

As I have plainly stated this week, I will be departing this board. The consequences of participation (a complaint to the state bar by one of you about my debate practices) makes it too costly to be here.

Well, don't hold your breath, wanna-be-Scratch, because I have consistently maintained a disbelief in the claims of Mormonism.
“I was hooked from the start,” Snoop Dogg said. “We talked about the purpose of life, played Mousetrap, and ate brownies. The kids thought it was off the hook, for real.”

I guess you missed out on basic logic. Suddenly I feel like starting a poll to ask how many people on this discussion board have CHC. Clearly, every one of them must be Scratch. LOL!

You guys have it all wrong. Here's the scoop:

- harmony is really PP.
- dart and moniker are the same person.
- The dude is a sock puppet for solomaneris.
- Yong Xi is WS in disguise.
- DCP is really julianne, and julianne is really Pahoran, and Pahoran is really Nehor, and Nehor is really Luke Skywalker.
- Jersey Girl and I sometimes exchange avatars, and KA and I sometimes write each other's gag poetry.
- EAllusion is having marg's baby.
- Chap sometimes posts as LoaP.
- Truth Dancer posts on another board as "Mother Teresa"
- Mercury and Gad are the same.
- BCSpace is really Keene.
- Mercury is really just Mercury (even though he's really Gad).
- Tarsky posts occasionally as Roger (if he's feeling good) and sometimes as antishock (if he's pissed at something).
- Jak and Tak are the same yet different.
- Droopy and CC share half a brain, and they're constantly fighting over it.

That's the inside scoop right there. Everyone else is who they say they are.
God belief is for people who don't want to live life on the universe's terms.

So what are you saying? I, ahem, almost can't even bring myself to ask. You think that I am Quinn?

Uh. No. Definitely not. I may sympathize with Mr. Quinn, but we do not share the same politics or bat for the same teams, if you catch my meaning.

I did a little research on this fellow and found, if I am right, that he is tangled up in two troubling streams of Mormon culture: Coveyism and Mopologetics. Indeed, he is something of a motivational speaker, earning thousands of dollars to inspire people to be "real leaders." All I can say is that GoodK has my utmost sympathies. I hate the snake-oil salesmen of the Moproductivity crowd with their slick gospel of "success" and religious hypocrisy. Covey was a real piece of work, always arriving late, speaking too long, and sipping iced-tea on Sundays in the country club dining room.

I know what you mean.

Covey was selling the worst kind of snake-oil; he got rich telling people that they should get off their butts and take control of their lives, set some goals and get some direction, set priorities so they don't waste time on stuff they don't think is important, try and find solutions that work for all interested parties, try and actually understand the feelings and positions of other people, cooperate with others to create a greater benefit than either could create individually, and take care of yourself so you don't die early and can make a lasting contribution to your family and community.

If anything, the current situation on this board shows how off-base Covey was. We don't need any of those "habits" to have healthy, productive interactions with other people. Covey was wrong, and he probably knows it.

And just the idea of him arriving late anywhere makes my blood boil. GoodK's dad must be hideous to have once been associated with the principles of a program developed by a guy who reportedly "arrived late and spoke too long".

And really, what former-mission president doesn't enjoy a good iced-tea at the local country club on a Sunday afternoon...?

Of course, I do not know GoodK's stepfather. I suppose I could be completely wrong. My apologies in advance if I am.

If you're basing your entire judgment on the fact that they guy has published some stuff with FARMS and was once associated with the Covey organization, you should probably prepare yourself for that possibility.
