Now, now, Doctor Peterson. You didn't give me much of a choice, did you? If you had wanted me to retire, then you should not have made very serious threats against my livelihood. I would never do that sort of thing to you. See: I actually have ethics and standards. Whereas you are more than happy to rip into a person's in real life existence, I have stuck exclusively to Mopologetic topics, and to things which have arisen directly on the board.

It goes on.

And on.

And on.

And on.

But it's going to go on without me.

Not that it matters, of course. I'm glad to continue my research into Mopologetics with or without you. And besides, your obsessive hatred for me isn't just going to dissolve overnight. You'll be back in order to further try and blacken my character.

Welcome back, good Doctor. I am pleased to see that you now have some credentials to back up your dazzling rhetorical skills.

Thank you, Dr. Kumen.

I was sad to see you go, and I feared you were gone for good. Will you be sticking around for a while, or is this a surgical strike, so to speak?

Mister Scratch is gone for good. Doctor Scratch will be around indefinitely.

p.s. And can you convince Gadianton to come back too?

Dr. Robbers? It seems to me that Dr. Robbers is needed to help restore Cassius University to its full bloom. I will dispatch "informants" to deal with the matter post-haste.

Pretty cavalier of you, considering how many people are being threatened with lawsuits these days.

The Ph.D-granting committee at Cassius University certainly saw fit to laud me with the degree. I don't appreciate your insinuations, whyme.

And are you the same person, or are you simply filling the same calling?

Yes, Dr. Robbers. Please do dispatch some of your informants to deal with the matter. My minions and I will be waiting with baited breath for his triumphant return. Every good professor needs minions.

This has apparently been my mistake. Assistants, junior faculty, yes. Minions, no. I may need to apply to Cassius University for a grant...

Oh look... it's the latest departure to end all departures.

I wonder if he'll ever be back...

Sorry...but I refer to this that you wrote in your original post:

In any event, I return to clear the air, and to taunt the Mopologists with my "Doctor" status, as I have a Ph.D. from Cassius University. "Mister" Scratch shall remain permanently buried.

But I will grant you that you received a doctorate from Cassius University.
I intend to lay a foundation that will revolutionize the whole world.

More from the Drama Queen.
I think it would be morally right to lie about your religion to edit the article favorably.

On the faculty of Cassius U, we have cut out all of the fat. Assistants? Junior faculty? Administration? Students? No. Here, one matriculates and then acquires tenure and minions in a single fell swoop. Ah, minions. What would we do without them?
