It's interesting how many comments have been made that they cry when they watch this video. Someone said that beautiful people go into the media while the ugly ones go into acadamia. The little looks challenged lady who was greeted with scorn slew them all with her voice. Look at Einstein, Hawking and Keerkegaard , all awkward looking people who are and will still be remembered for their contributons longe after Britney Spears career is over.

I'm ashamed to admit that My initial reaction the first time I saw this was no different than that of the audience.
