am just disappointed to see Book of Abraham being taken backwards by Will Schryver. I mean seriously, Charlotte Haven? This is old news and Will is such an infant in ths arena he doesn't even realize it. She was one of my sources when I wrote my FAIR article, "A Case for the Missing Papyrus" back in 2001.
Oh how can I forget that awful article? It made me almost vomit all over the FAIR board? I seem to remember writing and complaining to you about it. I even argued with Benjamin McGuire about it. It made me pretty hot when FAIR wouldn’t even take it off their toilet paper list of articles. It was a low point in your career but at least you got over it and sailed away.
Perhaps the worst one was the rubrics argument by Nibley and Rhodes
Oh yes, and I believe the Lord God Nibley now realizes how much of a fool he was. He makes me utterly ill. I smelled that rotten egg from the very beginning of my apologetic quest in understanding the Book of Abraham controversies. I should get a pat on the back!
Nibley pulled this crap and the rest are just following his method, assuming nobody would check their sources they way nobody checked Nbley's.
There are many blind LDS people who worship Nibley and think he represents the prophets.

Since prophesy has fallen silent, they feel the need to turn somewhere.
Yes, but the Latter-day Saints can cry to the prophets to prophesy to them! The saints have the right to have prophets prophesy to them and may request it at anytime.
The First Presidency is duty bound to take up the matter of the KEP themselves and not leave it into the hands of silly school teachers who love all the attention. Gee needs to hang it up and step aside. He should ask the First Presidency to address the matter to the saints in open council.

I won't hold my breath.

Wonder if it made any difference to the Mummy if the Book of Abraham was concurrently printed on his breathing permit or if he was in for a big surprise.

The poor sod was wandering around lost in the Netherworld. "OK. So you turn right at the crocodile-headed guy and then... wtf is this?!?!?!?"

It’s only a matter of time. The body of the Church should become more responsible and cry to the prophets! If the prophets won’t hear the cries of the saints then it seems reasonable to me that the Lord might well cut the prophets off and call new ones. But this is a very tricky business and it scares me to speculate about it.
I feel the saints have to go to the Lord and complain about it.
I understand your sentiments, it doesn’t look good. I’m very disappointed in the prophets for not assuming this responsibility. The school teachers are a joke. There is a loss of respect on my part towards the prophets whom I hold accountable. I wish the Lord would chastise them.. . . .
As always and every time Kevin Graham comes to this board we will delete his posts and ban his account. All posts responding to his posts will be deleted as well. Except for T-Shirts post for obvious reasons.
So now they won't even allow Will to respond to me. That's a first. I'm guessing Will asked them to put that in so he won't have to. Of course, he could always come here and respond.
