Nobody can.
Are there any LDS apologists who have dealt with this claim? Will it stand unchallenged? Is an entire mountain as a seer stone any less plausible than the stone off of which Joseph Smith read God's words and dictated the Book of Mormon?
I've made this into a new topic because I didn't want it to go unnoticed and because I'm narcissitic

. I hope you don't mind, Nightlion.
The LDS mainstream have known about me for forty years. Their SOP has always been disengage. In other words. "They shut their mouths at him" 3 nephi 40-45 This servant in the hands of Christ is me.
I am the only voice in one hundred years to say anything new and astonishing. To date none have ever entered into a debate or the slightest controversy with me. I am one of the oldest voices online. Ldzion, for many years and I get bored easily with the slippery fellows who seek only every occasion to provoke me or just ridicule. No fights. None.
As many were astonished at thee---means that this servant, ME, had his visage marred for the same reason that Christ's visage was marred in the many years before his three year ministry. And for the same reason, the realization that your people, your heritage, your hopes and affections are apostate, hypocrite, reprobates full of abominations and lies.
I alone teach Zion saying: Thy God reigneth! And now I am telling people that the Ensign lifted up before the eyes of all the people is set to tell them to depart ye, depart ye, go ye out from thence, touch not that which is unclean: go ye out of the midst of her: be ye clean that bear the vessels of the Lord. (See 3 Nephi 219-11) Expect more!
Will they come out of the woodword to battle my declaration of being this most important servant in the hands of Christ for the last days? No they will just disengage and shut their mouths.
I have hinted of this before but this is the most overt I have ever been.
James Q. Muir from East Millcreek in Salt Lake County is that servant.
What say ye? Hear my song
Come out all ye from Babylon
Sing Zion's song
And built the New Jerusalem
Begin in your hearts
