I was shopping at Target the other day, looking to buy my daughter some clothes, and was struck by what appeared to be a return to early 80's fashion. Lots of colors and odd cuts to the edges of the shirts etc... I think I remember Rainbow Brite wearing one of the shirts.

Yes. I caught the end of this TV show and saw the performance. It was one of the most popular songs at Church dances when I was young and this was a great performance of it.
