That isn't going to happen. Given how scientology is on trial in France and their similar attitudes towards Mormons, you might have a tiny outside shot there. Are you French by chance? If not, too bad.

I'm not sure if there are any legal damages, but is anybody surprised by the church's actions?These guys can't even keep their promise to Jews that they would stop baptizing holocaust victims. If they have no problem baptizing holocaust victims after publically saying they wouldn't, what would stop them from ordaining kids to the aaronic priesthood against their non-mormon father's wishes?

If he's at all like my parents, there really isn't much choice til 18. I imagine many LDS parents are not too different in that Church attendance and participation are expected if not required.

At the age of 12 I was certainly required to go to Church. I, however, am all about allowing my kids to choose about going to Church etc.

The question here is about one parent (and the Church) making decisions regarding the boys without the the consent of the LEGAL guardian
Crawling around the evidence in order to maintain a testimony of the Book of Mormon.
