Uluia Muliipu appeared in court after pleading guilty to one count of assault with intent to injure.

So he chases her, picks up a "lump" of concrete, hits her over the head with it in a bedroom (trapped her there, obviously), kicks her in the face, etc.

And he is charged with "assault with intent to injure"?

Why wasn't he charged with attempted murder?

I can't go to the link or it will get me too upset. But I agree with you. I can't stand men that abuse their wives or kids. It makes me sick. At a minimum he should be beaten with a wooden stick until he cries for mercy and possibly shot.

My youngest daughter is on her way over for some college money! Time to get the check book out. OUCH!
