Downloading it now. Looking forward to hearing it.

That would be a pretty short podcast.

I don't think Unitarians believe in podcasts.

And what we have here on these boards is someone (why me) who is a highly judgmental person and who thinks he has everyone figured out, except maybe himself.

Tell you what, why me, if you live in Utah, PM me and lets do lunch (on me if fact). And after you have actually met me in person and after we have a good discussion then I think you can have a opinion of what kind of person I really am. Does that sound like a reasonable request?

If you choose not to take me up on my offer, then you really don't have any room to judge.

I am not judging you at all. However, as we can see from the critic posts on this thread, they all love the podcast. Why? Because the podcasts are onesided and critical of the LDS church. Now if you are LDS and a believer, you should have understood that you were a token member. The podcasts are on the side of the critics. Thus, the love messages directed toward John.

I remember attending the unitarian church when I was living in SLC. I enjoyed it because the pastor would mention some great social thinkers in his sermon. I would attend the service in the morning and attend my ward in the afternoon. But this was in 1982. However, the faith has no structure and in fact, one can be an atheist and still be a member of the UU church in good standing. But here are some podcast from the UU church in Montclair New Jersey. Jersey girl should love it.

It would be great to meet with some of the posters on this forum. I would especially enjoy meeting them all at the exmo conference. I think that we would have much to talk about. What I enjoy about John's podcasts is the ability to hear the voice of some of the people who post here. In the end, we are all human on some sort of human or spiritual journey.

Oh gramps, I see that you are in th dresden area. I was sad that the wall fell. I think that the east germans would have done better saving their own country as a separae state instead of joining the west germans.

As dumb luck would have it, this is the first post I read after opening the board just now. I don't know why you think I'd like it. I never cared much for Montclair, though I do have relatives in that area. Used to be a cool (at the time) White Castle around there we'd go to. I wonder if it's still there?

Don't know. But there is one in Newark on the belleville border. Nothing like a white castle. And if you are in the Toms River area, there is one on the main road (is it route 35?) heading from seaside heights.

I thought that you would like some jersey accents.

I googled up White Castle and can't find it. I tried Montclair, Cedar Grove and Verona. Nothing ever lasts. Darn.

Thanks for wrecking my evening, why me.

Go to Newark or Jersey City or even toms river. Have 5 cheese burgers, a large diet coke, some fries and onion rings.
