Hi Inc,
Well, first, I only do PLR when a client really feels it would aid in their healing. In other words, I don't do it for entertainment. Same with hypnosis.
One example I can briefly share (my client gave his permission), is when this man, I'll call him Tom had a life long and very serious struggle with anxiety, depression, and perfectionism.
He was an extremely successful engineer and did not believe in any religion at all. I was rather surprised when he asked for the regression because at the time he certainly did not believe in anything like reincarnation or karma.
Anyway to make a long story short, during the regression he had this incredible experience where he was the sole survivor of a ship wreck off of a South American Coast a few hundred years ago and ended up on an island. He lived alone for the rest of his life.
Now, during the regression, although he was extremely emotional I didn't think it was going to give him the answers he was looking for. However afterwards, he completely broke down and had this amazing epiphany where he realized what his life was about. He said that "everything made sense" and he understood from where his life long anxiety and depression originated. Without going into all the details, basically he came to understand that just living was enough and he didn't need to "succeed" or be perfect or anything like that. Life was about living and cherishing the very gift of life. He had a total awakening and a new appreciation for his family. He saw everything in a new light. It was really quite dramatic.
After an entire life of struggle, he was completely changed in that two hours.
Anyway, just an example of many that in my opinion were quite profound.
Just to be clear, while again I have seen some incredible life altering experiences from regression, I am not convinced these experiences are what they seem to be.
