Why are there so few posters objecting to the celebration of hatred and cruelty that has been heaped on Gaz on this thread?
We have some simple rules in the Mormon church. Mainly, that we should love one another as Christ loves us. Second, it is commanded in our Doctrine & Covenants and other scripture that we must forgive all men there tresspasses. One of the questions in the temple recommend interview focuses on our relationship with family inasmuch as the above commandments are being followed.
That is Mormonism. Take it or leave it.

Because virtually everyone on this board is disgusted with Gaz for things he has expressed. The nasty things said by Ray and others are of little consequence compared to what Gaz has expressed and virtually everyone on this board knows that.

In which case the bishop will take great concern for a missing member of his quorum. Also, Gaz's legal liability has skyrocketed - to say nothing of the embarrasment he inflicts upon the church.
I would like to see Ms. Jersey Girl denounce, unequivocally, Mr. Gaz's desire to kill his sister and displace a potential gay son or daughter.

What is there in Gaz's confessions that leads us to believe he wouldn't kill? I take what a man says at face value.
Look, Ray is talking nasty trash talk. He is cussing a lot these days. Some of us cuss when we get in that mood. I do it sometime and say "“F”". But most of do not talk about murdering our children. THAT IS EXTREMELY RARE AND DANGEROUS! I cannot justify that. I wouldn't be a good Mormon if I did. And, I know what it means to be a good Mormon.
