Well, sort of. :-) I think there is more valuable advice, for a few examples....
Eat nutrient rich foods so your body gets the nourishment it needs.
Enjoy a well-balanced diet. 1,500 calories from soda and Cheetos are not the same as 1,500 calories from a well balanced diet.
Don't eat late at night.
Drink lots of water.
Change up your work-out routine.
Eat smaller meals rather than one or two large ones.
Always eat breakfast.
Make sure you are getting the proper amount of fiber.
Address any underlying issues that lead to overeating.
Go slowly, be patient.
Just sayin...
