Lurch, a Watusi bull, lives at the Rocky Ridge Refuge in the Ozark mountains. The horns measure 7 feet 6 inches tip-to-tip and weigh an estimated 100 pounds each, a record reportedly confirmed by the people at Guiness.

But speaking of Bella from Twilight:

Some employees had a "going away" party for a lady at their BCBS Little Rock claim office.
One of the supervisors called a Wal-Mart and ordered the cake.
He told them to write: "Best Wishes Suzanne" and underneath that write "We will miss you".
As the picture shows, it didn’t quite turn out right.
It was too funny not to keep it.

Killer rabbits butcher snakes

A PAIR of rabbits in north Queensland have killed a king brown snake in just minutes, says a boilermaker who witnessed the extraordinary attack.

A shocked Armando Del Manso told cairns.com.au: "These are killer rabbits man”.

For three weeks Mr Del Manso believed his dog was responsible for the dead snakes showing up with teeth marks all over them on his East Barron property’s lawn each morning.

But it turns out it was a pair of rampaging rabbits killing the snakes.

The 42-year-old boilermaker spotted the two wild rabbits attacking a king brown snake.

“The snake was raised up in the air in the striking position and the two rabbits worked their way around him and killed him in two minutes,” Mr Del Manso said.

“I’m gobsmacked, it’s absolutely incredible.

Armless getaway driver leads cops on high-speed chase

AS a getaway driver he certainly had some of the qualifications: youth, stupidity and a blatant disregard for the law.

In one area, however, John Smith was lacking - he had no arms.

Not that this was to deter a gang who, a court heard, employed him in a £175,000 raid on a jeweller's.

Despite his disability, 18-year-old Smith, whose limbs end in stumps just below his elbows, managed to lead police on a terrifying 100mph (160 kph) car chase.

At one point fellow gang members were leaning across to help him change gear.

Nerd Kills Intruder with Samurai Sword

Hours earlier, someone had broken into John Pontolillo's house and taken two laptops and a video-game console. Now it was past midnight, and he heard noises coming from the garage out back.

The Johns Hopkins University undergraduate didn't run. He didn't call the police. He grabbed his samurai sword.

With the 3- to 5-foot-long, razor-sharp weapon in hand, police say, Pontolillo crept toward the noise. He noticed a side door in the garage had been pried open. When a man inside lunged at him, police say, the confrontation was fatal.
...
Pontolillo ... struck the intruder no more than twice, police say, nearly severing his left hand and inflicting what police termed a "spear laceration."

The intruder, Donald D. Rice of Baltimore, a 49-year-old repeat offender who had been released from jail only Saturday, died at the bloody scene.

Shades,

That was a great read, thanks. Do they really have him in custody? That is so lame. Just because he killed the guy in the back yard instead of inside the house.

I say they give the kid a parade, and the city buys him a new laptop and PS3. Not to mention the complete Naruto series on blueray!! (And yes that includes the unreleased in the US Shippuden)

This kid is a hero, and deserves to be treated as such.

No, he's been released since that website was written up. The DA is still trying to decide whether to press charges, though.
