Re: Dexter Fans???(Spoilers if you missed Sunday's episode)
Another good line:
"I have a lot to do before tomorrow....I have to preparation the boat...drug and kill Farrow...cut his body into pieces...."
LOL
I have a theory of Trinity's next kill, and the significance of the coffin.
Notice his family. He has a wife, a son, and a daughter.
When Dexter asked him why they were cutting down a tree instead of going to the lumber store for wood, Trinity became agitated, and said that the wood from the woods was "better". I think the coffin we saw him make was the first of three.
What if his thinking is "nothing is too good for my family"?
I think that he is going to....
1. Murder his wife in the bathtub.
2. Throw his daughter of the building.
3. Have his son bludgeon him to death, and carry on his legacy.
Thoughts?

Could be, though I find the order a bit odd. It was his sister who died in the bathtub and his mother who jumped off a building. Then again, there was the scene between him and his wife in the bathtub, so who knows.
My husband also guessed that perhaps there's a 4th kill in every cycle that Lundy missed, so he is planning to kill another person---possibly Dexter.

That was a great episode. This season is redeeming itself. It's starting to come around. Less Rita, more Dexter!

I think he's just going to shoot them. Quicker and easier that way.

Imagine how mentally messed up Rita would become if she learned about Dexter's dark passenger after having taken her life back and becoming so confident and assertive.

Re: Dexter Fans???(Spoilers if you missed Sunday's episode)
I think last night's episode was my least favorite one in the season so far. LaGuerta and Angel? Meh. Annoying reporter chick? Meh. And where on earth are they going with Rita flirting with the cute neighbor? I hope this isn't going to turn into some kind of "Women can have affairs, too!" angle.
I don't think Dexter showed proper turmoil over killing an innocent man. And why oh why did he save Trinity? Blech.
The coolest part in the episode was when Debra figured out that it couldn't have been Trinity who shot her. For once she's actually figured out something that Dexter hasn't gotten to yet, which is kind of cool. The theory that one of Trinity's family members (probably his son) is involved in the killings is starting to look really good.

I agree with your assessment of this episode, Bridget.
It looks like more of a set up for next week. The most "Holy crap" moment in last night's episode was the preview for next week, with Trinity showing up on the reporter's doorstep. Frankly, I wouldn't really care if he killed her off. LOL
I don't like the idea of Rita having an affair with the neighbor. I really like Dexter and Rita together.
I'm thinking that the shooter is either Trinity's son or his wife.
I will say that I'm still hopelessly hooked and can't wait until next week.
My favorite part of last night's show was the whole "something sciencey" set up for going to the conference.
When he was babbling on and his boss says, "If I say yes, will you stop talking?"
I'm a computer geek and have had similar reactions, so I could totally relate! LOL

Have either/any of you watched the extended online scenes? If not, I won't post one thing I suspect will happen on the next episode.

I haven't had a chance to watch them yet. GRRR!!! I can't watch them from work.
I don't mind spoilers. What are your suspicions?
Do you think that Trinity is going to kill the reporter?

Re: Dexter Fans???(Spoilers if you missed Sunday's episode)
OK, Msnobody...I have now watched both clips.
I'm not really sure how much you could glean from either one of them. They didn't really give away much....both about Thanksgiving.
From the preview, you saw that Rita and the neighbor share a kiss...I'm assuming that happens after they go over to the neighbor's house to warm up the extra food.
The lava cake joke was cute.
Let's hear your predictions. :)
