Hi all,
May I encourage you to do one or more of the following:
Text “HAITI” to “90999″ to make a $10 donation to American Red Cross. Charges will show up in your next cell phone bill. Text more than once!
Or go to:
http://give.LDS.org/emergencyresponse.
Or donate through another charity of your choice.
Regards,
MG

Re: Help those in Haiti
At times like this, I have to choose my words very carefully to not be offensive. 100,000 people die every day from starvation, but every now and then a major catastrophe lingers in the media and the sainted charities resurface.
What happened in Haiti is horrible. Millions of people dying of starvation each year - when we have the resources to feed twice the Earth's population - is far worse.

Just curious, but I think that my prayers would be worth more than any money I might donate. Which God might I pray to, in your opinion, to offer my assistance?
