Looks like you guys are running this off a wordpress type platform and that you need to change your default database encoding so all of your apostrophes don't end up looking like strange question mark symbols. Usually you can do this by changing the encoding of your database to UTF-8

If it already is UTF-8 then look for the setting in your .php files.

Yeah its just a cheap template I purchased a while ago. Do they show up like that now? I thought I fixed it. Ill take a look. What browser are you using?
