And for all the so-called art critics, I really don't think the intent was to produce great artwork but rather to produce something that could give off a heroic feeling, which I feel these do. I like them for that reason and think they are insprational for that purpose.

If it wasn't the Henhouse, I'd say it was a brilliant parody.

I admit I was flattered that Bsix thought that he saw me sitting in the pews in the painting.

Courtesy of Obiwan:

There is only a "slightly" more emphasis in other religions on Christ, compared to the LDS Church, and that's only because they first act like a cult brainwashed by not being able to say anything other than the word Jesus Jesus over and over, and second they have no actual "surety" of Gospel Truth, thus they focus less on truth and more on "feelings". Irony about that is that we are accused of focusing more on "feelings" than they.

More from Obiwan, talking about the murderer of a bishop:
http://www.mormonapologetics.org/topic/51043-news-reports-about-the-church-shooter/page__view__findpost__p__1208903314Forgive the coarseness, but he sounds like an anti-mormon who went rouge. Clearly had issues with the Church.
Mental issues doesn't change the fact of his ideological target.

More unsubstantiated speculation. How does Obiwan know that this guy went rouge?

That is part of the Henhouse narrative over at the aptly named MAD board. Their self-esteem is tied directly to their victim status.

Stak, believe me, I know all about the persecution complex. The lipstick picture was meant to be a mis-en-scene about Obiwan's "rouge" statement.
