From what I have experienced with these women, those who have had abortions know better than anyone else ever will how evil it is. Yet we have far too many members who aren't content with that. They have to pile on the unforgiveable sin. I don't understand what satisfaction they get from doing this to members who are already suffering horribly. And obviously, it makes me angry to see it done with callousness and an absence of any care for the fragile state of those seeking forgiveness.

Well, Julie, as the saying goes, "if you lie down with dogs, you'll get up with fleas".

by the way, Ray, how's the curse treating you these days?

Had any close calls with eternal damnation?

What curse? You mean like the customer I kicked out of the cab this morning just before finishing work? He was behaving like you.

Eternal damnation? That reminds of an old quote from my friend, Eric:

"I'd rather be dead in California than alive in Utah."

My rephrasing: "I'd rather dead eternally than have to live with Morgbots eternally."

YUK.

If you ever consider a new avatar, here's one that I think would be appropriate. In fact, I think it should be a requirement that all fifth-columnists get this as a tattoo on their chests, right over their cold, black hearts. All such gangs should be bonded by a common symbol of brotherhood.

I'll have to wait until after my wife leaves me. I guess you'll just have to keep hope alive.

You could be right. The way I drink, smoke, swear and prey on other men's wives, it's a miracle I made it to 56.

You're not out of it yet, William. It has been said that LSD can remain in the stem of the brain and flashback many many years later. Remember, you still have acid in your brain and a flashback may be right around the corner.

William Schryver's brain soaked with acid:

The thread on P0rnography is providing some gems. This one is from asbestosman on the horrors of Sports Illustrated. What will be the next target of his opprobrium, the JC Penney catalog?:

From a religious standpoint it is wrong to arouse yourself or others (except your spouse). This covers Swimsuit catalogs even though it might not be classified as porn in any legal sense.

And from a particularly dim bulb (even by MADB standards) named Jason:
I would agree that most of the performers in pornographic materials do not enjoy the experience.

To quote from a movie beloved by TBMs, "Like anyone could know that."

"The Church is authoritarian, tribal, provincial, and founded on a loosely biblical racist frontier sex cult."--Juggler Vain
"The LDS church is the Amway of religions. Even with all the soap they sell, they still manage to come away smelling dirty."--Some Schmo

I thought this was a good one:

As ugly as this may sound it seems like the early church resembled some of our modern day fundamentalist groups not only in doctrine but also in practice. The good news is that the church today has managed to evolve from a backwoods rather peculiar cult to a magnificient, multi-million member, international, almost mainstream, christian church/corporation.
