It depends whether you believe the government autopsy or the expert hired by the family to do a different autopsy.

But Floyd was a convicted felon who once pistol whipped a pregnant woman while burglarizing her home. It doesn't surprise me that Jersey Girl who only watches CNN wouldn't know this.
Oh the irony. Maybe if you actually did research instead of listing to Brietbart all day, you'd be better informed. Even then you wouldn't care about what's actually true or false. For example, Floyd never "pistol whipped a pregnant woman." That is a Right Wing meme started by white supremacists so it is hardly surprising you're regurgitating it here.

You're also alluding to youtube videos that don't exist and never existed. If they did the prosecution would have used them.

He was detained by police under suspicion of passing a counterfeit 20$ bill.
So why would Floyd choose to get violent with the police if it's just a $20 bill?

Another interesting point of the trial is that the prosecution chose not to call Floyd's drug dealer who was in the car with him when Floyd was arrested. Why not have him testify against Chauvin if he was there and witnessed the whole thing? Well then he might have to admit on cross examination that he sold Floyd the illegal drugs that ended up contributing to his death.

"Get violent"? The video you presented doesn't show him "getting violent." You're so caught up on him being an addict and calling him a violent criminal when some of your own heroes are addicts as well, But when rich white guys like Rush Limbaugh get addicted to drugs, it is a health problem. When black people get addicted, its a criminal offense.

Hey it's Joe Gutierrez the white white supremacist. Glad to see you're back spinning the truth.

Making a habit of swallowing your stash of illegal drugs and resisting arrest isn't alwsys the best choice, but it sure worked out well for George Floyd's family on this occasion. George is probably in hell and I do feel sorry for him about that. Hopefully he can still progress out of that but I'm sorry it's going to be a very painful road for him.

So ajax. This is where we left off. You were avoiding answering questions about statements that you yourself made. Again.

Officer Lane's lawyers explain why they wanted the video shown in the clip of it I linked. But in the court of public opinion we only get to see what big tech/big government/mainstream media allow us to see. Anything that might cast doubt on the racist cop hunts down random black man narrative is censored.
Was the video you linked to shown in the current trial? If so, for what purpose?

There is no hell but if there were you'd be heading there for your despicable lies about someone you hate simply because he's black. Floyd didn't swallow his stash. Floyd never "pistol whipped" a pregnant woman. Floyd never "violently resisted" arrest. Anyone who has been paying any amount of attention to the ongoing trial knows that a lot of these assumptions in Right Wing propaganda have been debunked. You're a piece of human garbage who doesn't care about verifying claims, you just repeat the ones you like from Brietbart and company.

I don't think you have to agree with everything Chauvin did to see a reasonable doubt in the claim that Chauvin intended to kill Floyd.

I don't know about the murder chargers, but I believe that the prosecution has proved beyond a reasonable doubt that Chauvin is guilty of the manslaughter charge.

I'd tend to agree with you on the manslaughter part. I don't think Chauvin intended to kill Floyd. He probably didn't understand how fragile George Floyd's health was after swallowing his pills in an effort to hide them. The lady cop who shot Daunte Wright will go to jail for manslaughter as well. She obviously didn't intend to shoot him.

I think the prosecution has presented convincing evidence that Chauvin's actions were unnecessary to restrain Floyd safely - he was already cuffed and lying on the ground - as well as being contrary to his police training and his duty not to endanger life unnecessarily. What is more, the prosecution witnesses have effectively eliminated the 'Floyd died because of drugs' line of defence.

But you will just go on and on putting out the talking points from Breitbart, won't you?
