You're 42 and married to a 29 year-old?

You are a god! A god, I say! Ceeboo is my hero!

Thanks for the tip! Good thing I went with plan B instead, why didn't you mention that one sooner!?

HOLY COW!! That's one heck of a honeymoon!

Where do you get such stamina at 42? Also, I hope you're using proper protection.

Why is that? Ya know Shades, she at 29 might not be against a pregnancy.

What was your plan B.... the running part?

I guess there is more to add to the P90x program. http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitnes ... 0x_plus.do

I don't think he meant it literally. A lot of people fall asleep after, and I'm sure they stop to go have dinner from time to time.

I did P90x doubles about a year ago just to get my cardiovascular health up, and although I was already relatively muscular, it did help me pack on about 10 pounds of muscle, and finally get the bottom of my abs to show (I had some stubborn "baby fat" there that wouldn't go away). I was using a protein supplement the whole time (Muscle Milk, actually, as it tastes the best, and I need the extra calories) and cycling creatine. Some people harp on P90x because it "is not a good routine for gaining muscle" but I don't agree, whatsoever.

Just a week ago I completed Insanity, and the name is definitely a fitting descriptor. I considered myself in really good shape, but evidently I was not. It kicked my butt for the first week or so, and none of the exercises ever became easy. I was always panting and pouring sweat afterwards.

Insanity really got me shredded, however. I am a lot leaner and more defined, and the boost it has given me energy wise is amazing. I wake up at 6 in the morning, and by the time I get home from work at 6 in the evening I still have enough energy to hit the gym or go for a run. And I sleep like a baby at night.

Definitely give Insanity a shot!

Crap I swear it was working before. I'm out of town now so I'll try uploading it again in a week.
