Given his obsession, I think it's pretty clear now that Droopy is a bald homosexual who's still in the closet about it.

Dude, everyone knows you're bald except you. Just admit it already. Then you can enjoy all that gay sex with a slick, smooth, well-oiled bald head, completely guilt-free!
