Seconded.

This is why serious Oscar contenders usually release their films at the end of the year, by the way. Because then their excellence is still fresh in the critics' memories.

I'm not sure that Gordon is actually the biggest "Jerkhood of the Year," but he's certainly the freshest.

I don't get it.

Aside from the extra toes, he is the same as everyone else. The whole idea of demonizing someone with this thread diminishes us all.

If you want to emulate SS then take an ice pick to your frontal lobe.

No one can smack you up-side the head with reality like Schmo can. I love it.

Apparently they had to means to go elsewhere with similar living conditions. But thanks for showing your character. ;)

I'm grateful that COJCOLDS has made its character so transparent. Now how about it finances?

Darth J wrote:Here's the Utah Supreme Court holding that a long-term occupant of a motel was correctly characterized as a tenant rather than just a motel guest, and that the motel management wrongfully resorted to self-help eviction instead of judicial process for unlawful detainer

A motel owner throwing out a relative, with whom he had made an agreement to let live in a three-bedroom unit on a more permanent basis, therefore creating a landlord/tenant relationship, rather than an innkeeper/guest one, and changing the locks, does not equate to a motel closing it's doors.

Would you care to try again?

Well, I am quaint in that I do think compassion is a virtue. I'll give you that. I'm unapologetic about this failing.

Compassion is not merely a virtue, but the virtue of virtues. I could not be more simpatico with you than I am on this, Kish.

Calling someone a 'bastard' is quite compassionate of you, I'm sure...

Unless...you meant blind passion.
