Yes he lied, as you're lying now by trying to pretend this hasn't been taught in Church. Hell, Hinckley himself taught it in conference not too long prior to his denial that he said he didn't know if it is taught. He lied. And any Mormon who comes here to bear testimony that it isn't taught, or that it isn't doctrine, is also lying. Period.
