Scratch is slang for demon right? blood fangs, wearing a lab coat, etc.

That thing hanging from his neck is supposed to be a stethoscope.

i realize I'm new to this forum but thought I'd contribute in light of the recent Dr. Scratch kerfuffle.

I didn't think it was half-bad, though I was kind of hoping that he/she/they would have come up with something a bit more surprising. They use the dartboard/tinfoil hat stuff for just about everybody.
