Re: Terrestrial comments from Will Schryver thread
It requires an IQ that is above room temperatre to read Droopy's posts. So, it isn't surprising that Graham and Buffalo take a pass.

Re: Terrestrial comments from Will Schryver thread
Not that it matters to me, but I suppose it shouldn't be the least bit surprising that of the posts moved here from the celestial thread devoted to personally attacking Will, the vast majority were those of a decenting nature--and this, on a board renoun for decrying favoritism in moderatng or against moderating at all?
I suppose that sometimes hypocrisy can't be helped. LOL

Re: Terrestrial comments from Will Schryver thread
Droopy's posts come across as not the brightest person trying very, very hard to sound smart Wade. I wish someone he trusted, perhaps DCP, explained to him what a terrible writer he is and handed him a copy of elements of style. Droopy is the Dunning-Kruger effect reified and animated to life.
Will habitually tries to belittle women by using the most sexist insults and reducing their worth into their physical attractiveness (to him). He's done this in mere response to criticism of his ideas. It's highly misogynist. Then to top it off, he has the chutzpah to lie about it in the face of people who witnessed it. It's perfectly OK to point out this nasty behavior given laughable attempts to take the moral high ground and paint detractors as shady characters. There's a time and a place to do that though. I don't know why anyone would want to defend him on this point. Ya'll should be telling him to knock it off. It's an embarrassment.

I thought it took a white stone and a green stone in the crown of a hat to read them.

Wade ~ I am the one who reported your posts for removal from the thread, as well as a number of other posts that were off-topic or not "Celestial" in quality. I think I pressed my "Report" button 50 times last night.
As far as your posts were concerned, the Universal Rules of the Mormon Discussions community clearly state:
Do not "derail" threads or otherwise insert commentary that has nothing to do with a thread's opening post.
My OP in the Celestial Forum had absolutely nothing to do with "crucifixions" or "lynch mobs" or "vultures" or any of your other wistful, melodramatic, self-righteous commas. I posted on a substantive issue and asked for substantive engagement. I even prompted you to get on track and address my OP. Instead you chose to clutter my thread with complaints about the people who were attempting to address my OP. It was one of the most pathetic displays I've ever seen, and I'm sorry as hell to see it coming from you of all people.
I've known you for nearly thirteen years now, and I'm left asking myself if your engagement on discussion threads has taken a dramatic turn for the worst with the passing of time, or if I've simply grown up and the scales have fallen from my eyes.
I'll continue to report your posts as well as any posts by anyone else that consist of little more than whining about the volume of response to my OP, so either get on topic or stay out of my thread.

Note to self:
If you ever find that you are in the midst of a fight on these boards, MAKE CERTAIN that MsJack is on your side.
:)
Hit the report button 50 times in one night? (Now THAT'S wearing a button out) :)
Peace,
Ceeboo

As one of the thickest posters in this forum, your opinion about IQ scores is especially meaningful.
The only person who has less substance per square foot of verbiage than Droopy is you, my dear Wade.

I am not qualified to speak to good writing or proper style. However, I can speak somewhat to the thoughts and iideas being conveyed. Droopy is clearly a deep, complex, and sound thinker. That some of you may lack the attention span or intelligence to grasp the depths, complexity, and soundness, is not to suggest that he is trying to look smart. Rather, it is some of you lamely complaining in failed hopes of not looking so stupid.
Thanks, -Wade Englund-

...whatever it takes to feel better about yourself--including self-delusion. Some day you may be as good at it as Scratch and Kevin Graham.
Thanks, -Wade Englund-

See what I mean about your posts lacking substance? 25 words just to say "neener neener."
