In one case, they lose members, become more honest, and get some bad PR time. (lose-win-lose)
In the other case, they lose members, stay dishonest, and continue getting decent PR time. (lose-lose-win)
Maybe we could rate these with scores?
Option 1: lose members = -4 become more honest = 10 get bad PR = -3 Total = 3
Option 2: lose members = -4 stay dishonest = -10 get good PR = 3 Total = -11
